La fresa a ponte ZAKI, progettata da Tecnomac by Italsald, rappresenta il perfetto equilibrio tra robustezza e dimensioni contenute, grazie alla struttura in acciaio monotrave, ideale per laboratori dove lo spazio è limitato ma le prestazioni devono rimanere elevate.
L’utilizzo della macchina è reso semplice da interfacce intuitive e dalla possibilità di personalizzare ogni componente, garantendo versatilità e facilità d’uso. Il ponte monotrave in acciaio scorre su due binari mediante rulliere a bagno d’olio protette da carter inox, assicurando precisione e stabilità.
È equipaggiata con motore disco da 15 HP (11 kW) che scorre su guide lineari con pattini a ricircolo sfere, mentre il movimento del ponte per le varie misure di taglio avviene tramite volantino con bloccaggio manuale. La lettura digitale azzerabile garantisce precisione fino a 1/10 di mm, mostrando sia la quota orizzontale che verticale.
Le dimensioni massime di taglio raggiungono 3500 x 3500 mm. Tutti i movimenti sono elettrici e gestiti da inverter, assicurando avanzamenti regolari e omogenei. La macchina è completata da un robusto banco in acciaio, rotante su ralla con bloccaggi manuali a 0° e 90°, e da una testa inclinabile pneumaticamente da 0° a 45°, per la massima flessibilità operativa.
