BRIDGE SAW FOR CUTTING MARBLE, GRANITE AND STONE IN GENERAL
The IDEAL 35 bridge saw, designed by Tecnomac by Italsald, combines robustness, precision and ease of use, making it the ideal solution for any stone processing workshop.
The machine is built with a high-strength steel structure and a twin-beam bridge running on two rails via oil-bath rollers protected by stainless steel casings, ensuring stability and reliability over time.
It is equipped with a 20 HP (15 kW) disc motor mounted on a support with cast iron guides in an oil bath, to ensure smooth and precise movements. Adjustment of the bridge for the various cutting measurements is by means of a handwheel with manual locking, with the aid of a resettable digital display showing the horizontal and vertical dimensions with an accuracy of up to 1/10 of a millimetre.
The IDEAL 35 offers a cutting capacity of up to 3500 x 3500 mm, with electric movements managed by electronic inverters, ensuring smooth and homogeneous feeds. To complete the equipment, a sturdy steel table rotating on a turntable, with manual 0° and 90° locks, increases the machine's versatility in cutting operations.
