Aster is the new machine developed by Tecnomac by Italsald, designed to guarantee high performance, reliability over time and maximum machining precision. The heart of the machine is a monolithic structure in electrowelded iron, machined, sandblasted and painted in accordance with ISO 12944-5/S3.17, which ensures superior resistance to corrosion and a long working life even in harsh industrial environments.

Designed to meet the most complex processing requirements, Aster is equipped with a replaceable stainless steel-covered sliding table, a belt with guide and a water collection tank with drainage, elements that facilitate cleaning, maintenance and the overall efficiency of the system. Pneumatic presses, infeed and outfeed roller conveyors and a support bar for wide workpieces ensure optimal material handling throughout the production cycle.

Innovation is also expressed in the control system: Aster is equipped with an advanced electronic control, complete with an intuitive graphic user interface with a 5.7" touch screen, which allows easy and precise management of work settings. Each unit can be adjusted individually thanks to independent pressure regulation, thus ensuring maximum adaptability to different production requirements.

Aster's technological profile is completed by hydraulic oscillating motors, which allow partial machining of the ribs, and an automatic centralised lubrication system to reduce downtime and optimise maintenance.
