Founded in 1995 as a sole proprietorship by Colletto Gianni, our company has progressively consolidated its presence in the market, thanks to a constant commitment to structural and operational evolution. Entrepreneurial vision, combined with determination and the ability to innovate, has allowed our reality to evolve, transforming from a small artisan business into a qualified and reliable point of reference in the market. In 2003, the transformation into a limited liability company (SRL) under the name Italsald represented a fundamental turning point, marking the beginning of a new and promising phase of development. Thanks to this evolution, we had the opportunity to reorganise and structure the company in a more solid and dynamic way, creating a solid base to face future challenges. This move has not only optimised our internal processes, but also strengthened our ability to sustain long-term growth, facing market challenges more efficiently and increasing our competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic and globalised environment.
